Note:

  • Stability is affected by transmission distances and cable quality HDMI. It is recommended to use a high quality HDMI cable. If there is no signal transmission or screen flickers, press the RESET button.
  • Only support PCM audio output
  • Before installing, please do not mix HDMI to RJ45 sender and RJ45 to HDMI receiver.
  • Do not unplug when it is in operation.
  • Make sure the cables are connected correctly.
  • Please press the RX RESET button when no image is output
  • Make sure the cables follow 568B, reset TX / RX for HDMI signal input when the “LINK” RX LED blinks continuously.

Some problems that may occur:

Q: Won’t connect. I tried two different types of ready-made cat 6 cables (only 2m long) and tried resetting etc. But it doesn’t connect.

A: Please confirm if RX and TX are on the correct side.

Q: It does not reach 60m on cat5e as written in the description.

A: We recommend that you use the cat6 cable.

Q: I need to extend the video signal to 1920 x 1200. My device only supports 1920 x 1080.

A: Our product is 1080P only.

Q: Why is the image not displayed?

A: Please check the length of the cable used. It is recommended to use a network line between 20 and 60 meters long (in case it is less than 20 meters, the signal is too strong and the image will not be displayed).
